Just as Lara seeks her connection with the divine through spiritual practice, trees do so through their roots, through which they leave marks on the earthly ground in search of balance and consonance with the essence of the planet. Roots that uniquely symbolize your art. 

The experience of contemplating art and absorbing every sensation it evokes is at the core of dissociation with the material world, which frees us from our wills, our reason, which elevates our spirit, and which connects us with the metaphysical world. In this way, the exhibition invites the viewer to affect this state of contemplation, creating their own connections with colors, shapes, and materials, giving their own meaning to what they see.

Lara Donatoni Matana is in the universe of creators who work in harmony with nature, artists who spread around the world in integrated groups, communicating cells, charismatic individuals who act in defense of the planet. More than an aesthetic attitude, it is a search for quality of life that, by itself, already involves your creations with a special aura. Lara's artistic production is developed with wood discards, sustainably and intelligently reused, extracting seductive effects from plates, rafters, logs, stumps and taps, battens, splinters, and blades.
